sonic hitters registration

There will be a Parent Player Information and Registration Meeting Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Lenawee Christian School Library, 111 Wolf Creek Highway in Adrian. Previous Sonic Players should attend from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and New Players registering should attend 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

Deadline for registering is Saturday, January 30th, 2010

For Complete registration, you will need the following:

  1. Sonic Registration Form
  2. Agreement to Participate
  3. Release Agreement
  4. Copy of Birth Certificate (New Players only)
  5. Insurance Card
  6. Player’s Social Security Number

An $85.00 Registration fee will be due at the Parents/Player Meeting. Checks should be made payable to: Sonic Sports Club, Inc. Note: There is a $20.00 check returned for non-sufficient funds.

Tryouts
Tryouts will be held Sunday February 7 and 21 (times to be determined by age group after registration) at Sand Creek High School gym.
